The WWE is turned inside out! CM Punk rules!

It has been exactly one week this evening that the current situation of Vince Mcmahons World Wrestling Entertainment also know as WWE has been taken over and thrown on it's head by a man named CM Punk.  The title match was John Cena versus CM Punk for the WWE Championship.  If Cena wins then CM leaves the WWE because his contract was up that evening.  If CM wins then John Cena is fired and Punk leaves the WWE with the championship.  As of tonight, WWE has yet to post any video of the match on Youtube probably because people are still ordering replays on Pay Per View.

From the picture above you probably have figured out that CM Punk won the WWE Championship and high tailed it out of the building with it.  Earlier in the evening Alberto Del Rio won the Money In The Bank match and was called out to ringside by Vince Mcmahon to wrestle and beat Punk and keep the championship in the WWE.  It still wasn't enough as CM Punk knocked out Del Rio.  Punk crawled over the crowd barrier, looked to Mcmahon and then blew him a kiss and disappeared into the crowd of chanting fans.  It looked as if all was over and Cena would be fired the next evening. The video below recaps what happens on Monday Night Raw.

And there you have it! Cena keeps his job and Mcmahon is fired with HHH taking the reign of the WWE. Is this a work? Yes, we know that in reality Mcmahon is still running the company behind the scenes and this is a story line. The big question is what exactly is going on with CM Punk. Would the WWE allow Punk to win the coveted title and run around the world with it?

According to the famed site TMZ, yes they are. The photos above were taken sometime after the match in Chicago. As of last Monday CM Punk is still not part of WWE and a tournament was made for the next WWE Champion which ended up being Rey Mysterio against The Miz. They were to wrestle for the championship before being interrupted by Mcmahon in the previous video. It is still uncertain what WWE's plan is for Punk. This week was the famous San Diego Comic Con and WWE always has a presence with their line of Mattel WWE toys. During a press conference with HHH there was a special visitor.

So what is next for CM Punk and the WWE. This story line really couldn't be any better for all parties involved. WWE is generating buzz and CM Punk has rocketed even more in popularity. In my opinion he has become the voice of the WWE fans. He says what the people want to hear and does what the people want to see. Is this still scripted and is everyone following a generality here? Yes. I am sure they are but it is natural. It is charismatic and off the wall at the same time. It doesn't sound like a guy who memorized the script and fumbles through his words as he speaks. It sound like a guy who is passionate about what he is doing and is rocking the world that he lives in.  CM Punk is being praised around the world by fans and fellow wrestlers alike.  This is a good thing for wrestling fans that are looking for something fresh, new and exciting.  Long live CM Punk!
